Of course, all the stories about the successful weight loss resemble
each other, but still I want to tell you about my experience. The first
time I realize that I suffer from my weight... Well, probably I feel so
for all my life but when I get older it has become not only the problem
of my appearance, but also the state of my health. You know, it is hard
to walk, dance and just do shopping. The other day when I was
disappointed with my reflection in the mirror, I decided that I should
do something, and if nothing would do just try to put up with it. No,
it
wasn't my first attempt and I've tried different diets, probably, 5-6
times every year, but had no willpower to continue to maintain them.
After researching on this topic I've chosen Weight Watchers.
The one of the most important reasons why I chose this company was Weight Watcher
meetings.
During these weekly meetings I learnt more new interesting information
about nutrition, activity and health. I decided to change my life and
this company offered just this. So, I don't recommend Weight Watchers plan
for people who just want to follow it for several months and than
return to their usual way of life.
One of the most pleasant things in Weight Watchers program is that you
may eat whatever you want. You should not starve and resist from your
favorite sweets, pastries, ice-cream. Just count your points and try to
minimize your portions. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you
are full. Sometimes it is easy to follow these rules, sometimes not.
Weight Watchers meetings helped me to struggle with the latter mood. I
also bought small plates, so it seemed to me that I eat large portions.
In the course of time I started to choose only health-giving products
from
the point list. First of all, I have good results and realize that the
program really works. And on the whole I feel better when I eat "good"
products. I really has formed a new habit. But Weight Watchers diet is
not the only thing of this process. I had to choose some type of
activity, so it will be interesting for me and not so hard to do. Well,
I am not very active woman, but I decided to change my life! So, I
chose swimming. At the beginning, within several weeks it is really
hard! But after several months I decided to add jogging in the evening
and 15 minutes gymnastics in the morning. And I really adore it!
Weight Watchers helped me to create motivation for my weight loss
program and supported me when it seemed that nothing would work.
Nowadays I continue to follow only several Weight Watchers advice,
because this program is only beginning which provides you with
information and inspire for new fulfillments!
